Our story
Alliance Electronics is building on over 50 years of experience in the electronics industry by adding new expertise, new geographical areas and new production capabilities.
2024 - Creation of the "Engineering" division and strengthening of the "Prototyping and Short Runs" division
Acquisition of EMS Factory, which joins the "Prototyping and Short Runs" division alongside Proto-Electronics and EdgeFlex.
Acquisition of TXCube as the foundation of the "Engineering" division, complementing the expertise of EdgeFlex and EMS Factory. TXCube also brings unique sourcing and subcontracting capabilities in Asia.
2023 - Strengthening of the "Belgium" division and creation of a solution dedicated to short runs
Acquisition of JTC Micro Electronics in Belgium, and acquisition of EdgeFlex for short production runs, optimally positioned between prototypes and medium production runs.
2022 - Creation of the "High Complexity" and "Belgium" divisions
Acquisition of Elekto and TME to form the "High Complexity" division, and acquisition of ACE Electronics to gain a foothold on the Belgian market.
2021 - Creation of Alliance Electronics
Creation of the European leader in High-Mix / Low-Volume design and production of electronic systems, with the support of the investment fund Waterland Private Equity.
Founding members: Altrics France, Altrics Portugal, ATEMS and Proto-Electronics.
2014 - Industrial expansion in Portugal
Altrics opens a new plant in Portugal.
2013 - Creation of Proto-Electronics
Creation of Proto-Electronics, a pioneer in fast online prototyping.
2007 - Industrial extension in Tunisia
Acquisition of Globe Technology (Tunisia), which will later become ATEMS.
1965 - Creation of Altrics
Creation of Théalec, which will later become Altrics.
